We are done for now here in Kiev. We are going to fly to Simperfol this evening and be in region tomorrow; we hope to then meet the children. This region isn't an easy one for foreign adoption. They never waive the 10 days and passports take awhile. We'll see if we have inet access once we are in region.
We also wanted to say thanks for all the comments and suggestions, they truly are appreciated.

Chris & Virginia...
Finally! This is so awesome for you guys! It has been a long time in the making and I was so happy when Lenny told me you two were off to the Ukraine at long last! Hopefully a trip to Oregon is in your upcoming plans so we can meet the newest addition to the Higgins family!
Toni
I pray that your meeting goes well. Just think, your about to meet your kidos!!! How exciting for you two!! Best of luck.
Enjoy the warmer weather and the culture down south! 10 day waiver is difficult almost every where, but passports can usually be gotten with "Expediency fees" to pay someone to be your personal currier and stand in line till it is done rather than sending it by post, which is the usual process!
Can't wait to see your next posts! God Bless!
How awesome! I wish you the best!
